Website and Client Portal Terms

Version 2026-07. These terms are a public website and portal summary pending final legal review and client agreement publication.

Use of the Website

You may use the XCoin Brokers website and client portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable account, verification, security, and regional availability requirements. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, misuse APIs, scrape restricted areas, interfere with services, or submit false onboarding information.

Account Access

Account creation, dashboard access, demo workflows, funding requests, copy trading tools, and any future live trading functionality are subject to identity verification, suitability review, risk-disclosure acceptance, product permissions, and operational approval.

Trading Status

Live MT5/broker execution is not enabled in the current deployment. Demo orders, demo copy trades, and public market snapshots do not represent live market execution, guaranteed liquidity, guaranteed spreads, or an offer to transact in a regulated financial product.

Payments and Deposits

Deposit methods are published with operational status labels. Card, mobile money, bank transfer, crypto, and USD account funding are subject to provider setup, KYC approval, reconciliation, regional availability, finance controls, and final compliance approval.

Promotions

Promotions, bonuses, loyalty rewards, and account benefits are subject to separate terms, eligibility, volume requirements, geographic availability, and withdrawal restrictions. A public promotion is not a guarantee that an account qualifies.

Legal Entity Details

Legal entity, registration, registered address, jurisdiction, regulator, and license details are displayed from approved production configuration when supplied. If a field is marked not published, it has not yet been approved for public display.
