Leveraged FX and CFD Risk

Trading leveraged foreign exchange and contracts for difference involves significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Leverage can magnify gains and losses. Market gaps, fast markets, liquidity constraints, and execution latency can cause losses that exceed expectations.

Market and Execution Risk

Prices shown on the public website are indicative and may be delayed. Tradeable prices, spreads, commissions, swaps, margin requirements, trading sessions, and order execution terms can differ from public market snapshots and are subject to account type, product availability, liquidity, and final broker integration approval.

Deposit and Ledger Risk

Funding methods are subject to provider availability, regional availability, KYC approval, sanctions screening, finance reconciliation, and immutable ledger controls. Client balances are credited only after successful reconciled ledger entries. Crypto deposits are disabled until treasury wallet, blockchain listener, and compliance approvals are complete.

Copy Trading Risk

Copy trading involves market, strategy, provider, liquidity, execution, platform, and behavioural risks. Past provider performance does not guarantee future results. Copying another trader does not remove the risk of loss and may not be suitable for all investors.

Current Live Execution Status

Live FX/CFD execution is disabled until legal, regulatory, broker operations, finance, security, and engineering approvals are complete. Demo trading and paper copy-trading workflows are separated from live ledger balances.
